Our goal is to develop 75-125 units of affordable and supportive housing in Surrey Central or North Surrey area. We seek a consultancy to manage the entire development process, from site assessment to construction completion. The chosen consultancy will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with developers, architects, construction companies, and other essential partners.
